Zumba Fitness Rocks!

An update on my weight loss. I lost 5 Lbs doing weight watchers religiously for the past month on the lose for good campaign. On my last doctor visit my diabetes is under control and I do not have to take any medication for diabetes at this point. I can’t tell you how happy I was to hear my doctor say that. There is hope for me yet : )

I have been working out at the gym 3 days a week and doing Zumba fitness for 2 days. Zumba fitness is a great workout DVD that I love, love, love.

What is Zumba Fitness?

Zumba fitness is Latin inspired dance and it really gets you going. The music is festive and the beat of the drums will make you move. You don’t even realize that you are working out because it is so much fun.

    I LOVE ZUMBA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is sooooo much fun and it dont even feel like your exercising at all.

    Hi. WEIGHT WATCHERS HAS STOLEN MY MONEY, and continues to do so, and there is nothing I can do about it. We have cancelled our account on weightwatchers numerous times, and yet they continue to charge our credit card. The worst part is, they have NO PHONE NUMBER to call. I literally can’t talk to any live person about it. That’s pretty clever how they do that. I don’t know how they can get away with it, but they do. Don’t we have laws in this country? I even tried to cancel my credit card, but they have a 30-day period where any charge re-opens the account. So, I am powerless to stop WEIGHT WATCHERS FROM STEALING MY MONEY.

    Hi Frank,

    I am sorry you have had problems closing your account with Weight Watchers. However, I am sure that weight watchers will do everything in their power to cancel your account if you which to do so. I do not have any affiliation with the WW company other than being a member for 2 years. Weight Watchers have always been a big help to me.

    Their customer service number is 1-800-651-6000, you will be able to speak with a live operator who will be more than happy to assist you. Press Option 4 for a live rep. Let me know how this works out for you.
