Weight Watchers “Lose For Good Campaign”

On September 7th Weight watchers launched a fantastic campaign called “Lose for Good”. I will be participating in this campaign and wanted to tell you all about this fantastic opportunity. The Lose for Good campaign will run for 6 weeks, during this time Weight Watchers will donate the cost of 1 pound of food up to 1 million dollars to two organizations to help fight hunger in America.

Weight Watchers will donate the funds to two organizations:

1.Share our Strength- Helps to fight hunger in America

2. Actions Against Hunger-Helps to fight hunger around the world

I was honored to be asked to participating in this project and have accepted. I hope to lose 10 pounds withing the 6 week time frame. I will be doing the flex points program. I will also incorporate some form of exercise, at least 2 to 3 times per week.

For the 10 pounds I lose, Weight Watchers will give 10 pounds of food to a child that is hungry. I can’t think of a better cause than this!

I will be posting my daily food plan for the next 6 weeks to keep myself on track.

Losing weight is definetly hard work.I use to overeat, but have found alot of strenght in keeping it under control.Since then, the feeling of success I felt by sticking to my plan to loose weight and stop over eating, has kept me motivated.
