Weight Watchers Blogger Challenge Coming Soon!

I am saying goodbye to fast food for the next 60 days, hence the photo above..

I am looking for two people to complete a 60 day weight loss challenge with me. The weight loss challenge will start on Monday July 14th 2008 and end on September 12th 2008. This challenge is to really jump start the weight loss of everyone who reads this blog. If you would like to be a part of the challenge please email me with the following information.

1. Your current weight

2. Your reason for wanting to lose weight

3. Why you should be chosen for the challenge

4. Your Age

The chosen people will be asked to be a guest on the weight watchers blogger podcast. At he end of the challenge you will receive a gift basket worth $50.00 for your participation in this weight loss project.

What is Required?

You will be required to have skype on your computer, (skype is free) and it will be the way we communicate.

You will need to have a scheduled 15 min session (this may change) per week with me.

You will be required to work out for 30 minutes at least 3x per week for the next 60 days (don’t worry we will motivate each other)

This challenge will be based on the weight watchers program it’s the only program that has worked for me.
My goal has always been to lose weight, I would like to challenge you too to live your best life!

Footnote: As with any diet plan, please speak to your doctor before starting : )

    I am really interested in this. I have done weight watchers before with some success, but never had any motivation to work out. Now i work so much it is hard to find time, so i am hoping that maybe this would make me find time. I have done so many diets that I have not ballooned up to the largest I have ever been. (adkins which worked wonders until I went off of it!) My current weight is 210 lbs. i need to lose weight because it affects my acid reflux and my IBS. Plus most of my weight is in my mid section which is extremely unhealthy. And I am sick of being tired all the time. I think I explained above why I think I should be chosen – I NEED HELP!!! I am going to be 29 in October, my golden birthday. Maybe this could help me to actually be happy with myself for once, what a way to celebrate a birthday. One way or another that is my goal to reach by October.

    I am a 35 year old married woman with three children. I’ve tried LA Weight Loss and was successful but gained it back. I’ve tried the Atkins which made me dizzy after 5 days. I’ve tried Weight Watchers and was successful but couldn’t make the meetings. I am desperately considering Nutri System. My in-laws, who have no small kids, tried for 28 days and lost 25lbs on it. I’ve been starting and researching a good weight loss plan for the past few days on my computer. I want it to fit my lifestyle and be able to keep it off after I lose. I would love the challenge.

    I am SO in!!! whether I’m your challenge partner or not, I’m SO ready for this! Just seeing those fast food signs starts my mouth watering. I am incredibly addicted to that ‘feed me quick, oh, look, there’s another fast food place to stop!!’ kind of mind set.
    250lbs, tried every diet known to man, seriously contemplating cutting off part of my stomach (gastric bypass) I’m that desperate. Out of the past 51 years of my life, I’ve been ‘dieting’ for 35 of them.
    Just realized at a profound level that it IS all in my head, and there really are no excuses (or quick fixes) left.

    So, as of Monday, July 14th, I’m with you girl! Weight watchers- I’ll sign up for that free trial today, but as of Monday, NO MORE FAST FOOD. If you’re still looking for a partner, let me know . . . otherwise, I’ll be reading your blog every day, and be with you in spirit.

    I’ve on Weight Watchers and have lost 20 pounds and I still need to lose 10 pounds. These past few weeks I’ve been loosing motivation and I’m hoping this will help me a lot. So I’m in all the way .Please continue and we should write everyday on the blog to motivate us.
