Weight Watchers Blogger Weigh In for 4-30-09

I gained .2lbs this week. I started working out and training for the WW Walk it challenge, all in all it has been a good week!

    WOW! You go with your vlogging the weight loss. What a cool idea. Maybe I’ll have to give it a shot. I noticed the first few weeks I added exercise that my weight loss slowed down, but it eventually caught up. Keep up the great job!!

    Thanks for stopping by, yes it seems that its the exercise that slowed it down. But I do feel a lot healthier so it’s incentive
    enough to keep going : )
