		<description>Way to go on your weight loss this week! YEA!!!

The number is not shocking to me, I started out at 270 and at one point was down to 187 but gained back which stinks.  I&#039;m at 216 now so I have a ways to go to goal (140) but I know it will happen.

It&#039;s definitely a challenge, this new lifestyle thing but I know we can do it and accomplish great things.  AND help others to know that it is possible.
