Starting Weight Watchers Again!
I rejoined WW yesterday and I am excited to start the program again. I feel like I am ready to take this on and take control of my life. One of the things that I will be doing is planning my meals daily. I find that my biggest problem was that I never knew when to eat and what to eat.
So I will be creating a daily calender and will plan my meals a day ahead of time. Also this time around I will be using all my points allowed plus the extra 35, if need be. I hate feeling hungry and I think the last time I did Weight Watchers I did not eat enough, thinking I would lose faster, well that did not work at all. What it did do was make me feel hungry faster.
My weight at the weigh in was 250lbs, so I did gain about 7 pounds last year. So I still have a long way to go.
I am in no rush this time, I just want to do this the right way and get rid of the weight for good this time.
Weight Watchers is the best plan for me because of the meetings and because I don’t feel deprived. I plan to update this blog often with recipes that I like and with my weekly weight loss progress.

I’ve re-joined WW a bunch of times over the past few years, and this time this is IT! The other times, my head and my heart were just not in it. This time, I’m focusing on the emotional reasons that I eat and address those.
