No More Manick Mondays….
Today is D-day. I am starting the weight watchers program and I am so excited. This day was long over due. I am not waiting for Monday anymore, that’s what got me in trouble in the first place. For as long as I can remember I have always made commitments of Monday to be the day I will start a diet. So every Sunday night I would prepare to start a new diet and then I would follow that diet for one day or two and end up self sabotaging my self, then I would commit to starting the following Monday instead. It drove me nuts. Then one Monday I got fed up and decided never to do it again. So I stopped dieting and now 10 years and 100lb later I can barely recognize myself in the mirror. It’s time for change, BIG time. I have done weight watchers in the past and it was the only diet plan that did not make me feel deprived. Weight Watchers thought me about portion control and healthy eating habits. I never should have stopped the program, but now I am older and a whole lot wiser so I know better and when you know better you should do better. So today I am back on weight watchers with 100lbs to go and this is my weight loss journey.
