My Weight Watchers Friendly Taco Recipe!

Really quick and easy lunch. The taco shells were only 3 points for 2!

I cut up some onion, lettuce and tomatoes and had shredded Mexican cheese (yummy)

I used 95% lean ground beef, and brown the beef and added onions and chopped pimento olives, and taco bell taco seasoning.

Quick and Easy and delicious!

    Looks delicious!! I would be interested in trying it with ground turkey as well. Would that change the points value at all?

    It will be less in fat, but I am not sure how that will effect the points value : )
