Since I will be starting the Weight Watchers Lose For Good Campaign, I thought it would be a idea to track my weight here. So please check back for updates

OK SO I HAD A BABY ALMOST 11 MONTHS AGO AND I WEIGH NOW WHAT I DID WHEN I WAS PREGGERS… 9 MONTHS THAT IS SO NOW I AM BACK ON POINTS SO I WILL NEED ENCOURAGEMENT THROUGH YOUR BLOG! WE CAN DO THIS GIRL!

I am doing weight watchers as well. You have my support and all those in weight watchers. I just completed week 17. I have lost 34 pounds. The last weight in was 3 pounds! It felt really good as I had been bouncing with less than a pound for a couple of weeks.
I feel better, the life style change is HUGH. But, for the better. I have 25-26 pounds to go. I got tired of talking about how overweight I was and how I was going to lose it. I had a family member talk to me about my weight on my sons wedding. That was the turning point. I promised that I would change, I have!
You can do it… as can anyone else.
My keys are what you will here from others.
Portion control… 1/2 bag of the M&Ms so can eat them twice!
Plan and track what you eat. No cheating!
Activities, activities, activities! Work at your own pace… don’t stop!

I just listened to your podcast from Sept. 2009. I hope you are going to keep broadcasting. It is so so so encouraging to hear you speak about happiness & not worrying about what other people think.
You being out there encourages me to lose the 90lbs. I have yo-yo-ed through the last 2 decades.
