I am back on Weight Watchers!

Thanks everyone for the encouragement and kind words I have received while I was away.  Moving  was not fun but we got through it. I have been trying to keep up with weight watchers and my weight loss goals. My current weight is  2 43lb so I have lost a couple of  pounds since I last updated this blog. The podcast will continue starting next week Monday. I will also be doing the Weight Watchers core plan, I simply cannot keep up with counting the points on my busy schedule. I will write more about what the core plan is, so if any one wants to follow along this may be quite helpful. Thanks everyone for the great support I received from you all.

    I am glad you are back on program and I am so looking forward to your podcast starting again. I have missed those so much.

    I hope you have your new living arrangements in order now. It is such work when you have to up and move your entire household.

    Jay keep up the good work. Weight watchers sounds like a great program but you need to continue to work out and stay on the right path. I love where you’re going with this.     I am trying to find a blog or website where the person combines Weight Watchers with Indian food and recipes. Does anyone know of any they can direct me to? Thank you. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey! I’m going with you!
