    Wow Jay you are doing outstanding!!! Can’t wait to see what the results are at the end of the challenge.
    So i’ve decided to start with you even on vacation, now i know it’s hard to keep track of points when eating out but i’m going to approximate it and try to stay within my daily points plus a few flex :) No better time to start than now!
    Will try to get out on a walk today but it is pouring with rain so i may end up doing a weight workout.

    Way to go, Jay! I can hear the excitement in your voice. Glad to hear you’re feeling energized. And yes, take it easy and don’t overdo it. It’s easy to want to get back into it and go full force but it’s so easy to hurt yourself. Listen to hubby *wink*

    Keep up the great work.

    PS. The videos, especially the 2nd one kept pausing throughout the whole video. Not sure if you were aware of that.
