    Although i’d love to be able to have an online membership i’m in Canada and i don’t know whether that would count?
    Although i’m officially starting Saturday because i’m back to work then and off of my “vacation” i’m unofficially really starting to watch and record what i eat today as i’m feeling that vacation is blowing any health progress i’ve made out the door!! Time to get serious :)

    Yea on the treadmill and weight loss! Good for you. The book was blurry but I could see it better when you pulled it back a little.

    Very generous of you to give away two WW 90 day memberships. Cool!

    Today so far I have done the 30 Day Shred and will be heading to the gym to meet hubby for a workout later this evening. Not sure what we’ll do but probably treadmill or elliptical.

    Good for you doing the elliptical. For some reason I cannot stay on that machine for longer than one minute lol But I always see everyone heading for that machine. Maybe I will start pushing myself to get on it and try to stay on for 5 minutes at least. Will let you know how that works out

    I will need to check with WW and let you know if you can use it in Canada : ) I hear ya on the vacation thing, I associate vacations with eating out, which is very bad on my part. But this was the discussion at the WW meeting last week and they suggested that you track what you eat and plan what you will eat on Vacation. As you know its all about choices. Have fun!!
