Weight Watchers Blogger Weigh In 5-14-09
Last week I took a break from the scale and decided not to weigh in. Well I got back on the scale this week and boy am I happy I did! I lost 2.4 lbs this week!!!

I gained .2lbs this week. I started working out and training for the WW Walk it challenge, all in all it has been a good week!
As part of my training for the Weight Watchers Momentum Walk Challenge, I did 30 minutes on the tread-mil today and it felt great! I burnt 176 calories ( makes you think twice about what you eat) , and it was 1.16 miles.

I am sorry for the delay in posting this to the blog. It was take on Thursday. I lost 3lbs!!!
I lost 1lb this week. I am happy with that considering that I am away and had to really search for healthy food. Here is the Video.
