8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 packet of Italian seasoning for Italian dressing
1 English cucumbers or regular cucumbers
weight watchers rye bread (Optional)
bunch of dill
cut bread in half
spread cream cheese mix on bread (light layer)
place thin slice of cucumber on bread on sprinkle dill over bread and cucumber
I love this summer recipe it is fresh and a great appetizer or healthy snack.

With Supper Bowl Sunday coming up, I knew it would be a challenge for me to stick to my weight loss plan. I was invited to my sisters house and would be expected to bring a dish. I started looking around for a recipe that would work with my new weight-loss plan. I tried this recipe and it was delicious and so I wanted to post it here for all those who love buffalo chicken wings as much as I do. What’s a great Supper bowl party with-out buffalo wings : ). I added the weight watchers points for buffalo wings so you won’t have too.

Next to air, water is most essential to life. The human body is made up of about 70% water. Almost every cell in the body requires water to function properly. If you really think about this fact it is amazing that so many people do not drink enough water. Your body can survive without food for about a couple of weeks but without water you could only survive a couple of days. If you are trying to lose weight an important fact to remember is to drink enough water so that the body can metabolize fat adequately.
