I have to tell you I decided not to use a food journal this month and I haven’t had the chance to learn how to do video yet so guess I won’t be part of the challenge. BUT I did set some goals for myself for August (15 miles of in-home walking a week in addition to all other exercise and 3 days a week of weights/abs/resistance).
