Ohhh Jay, you are so smart! Love ya girl! I will take you up on your challenge. I'll be starting that on August 1st although right now I'm tracking my exercise and have the 30 Day Shred case study going on my blog so I want to wait until that is over to move on to my next challenge. I have a journal ready to go for tracking water and food. My exercise journal is something I have stayed consistent with so I already have that. I also have one for tracking weight loss and measurements.

Speaking of food journals, I know they work! BUT I gave it up because I was being way too critical and writing everything down like calories, fat, measuring and weighing everything, etc. it became too much for me. I will go back to it but will only write what I eat, approx. calories and will eyeball my portions but will be more aware when serving up my meal.

Thanks for the push! I really appreciate you.
