Weight Watchers Momentum Walk Challenge-Day 1 Training

As part of my training for the Weight Watchers Momentum Walk Challenge, I did 30 minutes on the tread-mil today and it felt great! I burnt 176 calories ( makes you think twice about what you eat) , and it was 1.16 miles.

Weight Watchers Momentum Walk

I have been having a hard time getting motivated to do any kind of exercise.  Weight Watchers came up with a great way to get us all moving this spring. As part of their new momentum program, Weight Watchers wants to get us all moving.

I have been asked by an advertising firm for Weight Watchers to participate in the Weight Watchers Momentum Walk. The new challenge began on April 12th and will last for two months. During this time I will be training weekly to build myself up to complete a  5k walk in my area.  I think this is an excellent idea, not only will I be able to shape up and tone up, but I will be working up to a goal of completing  my fist 5k walk.
