You can eat any food on the Weight Watchers Points System!

I love the Weight Watchers points system because I find it to be the easiest plan to follow. The Weight Watchers point system is different for every individual, since the allowed points can vary based on the desired weight loss goal. Also, the diet doesn’t limit anyone to certain recipes or packaged dinners, since the dieter can plan their own meals and calculate total points based on the ingredients. Weight Watchers has published several cook books and food reference guides, making it easy for clients to determine the point values for almost anything they eat.

With the Weight Watchers points system program, practically no foods are off limits. Instead, dieters are able to eat practically anything they want, as long as they don’t go over their allotted points for the day. The points are determined based on height, weight, and weight loss goal, and dieters are even given a few extra points to use for special occasions such as a night out to dinner. Read more »
